The day-to-day workload of ballet dancers analysed

This is a great example of how SenseWear can be used to assess the training and workload regimen of any vocation.  It enables the investigator to fine tune all aspects of the work day to avoid injury, reduce stress, monitor sleep and make sure that the workplace is safe for all involved.

It is also astounding how much activity ballet dancers actually do!
